December 17, 2020 is the National Day of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
The 5th King attended a celebration ceremony held in Punaka and celebrated this memorable day with people of the country.
In his address, His Majesty the king emphasized the response of the Nation to COVID-19 and the pandemic, and the fact that it has not yet been settled.
This year’s ceremony, due to the influence of COVID-19, there was no celebration among many attendees as usual, but the people of the country celebrated by watching and celebrating the ceremony and the subsequent attractions on television.
